Sunday liturgies
Under our current COVID guidelines, we will not be able to offer Mass on campus now. We will gather virtually at 5 p.m. on Sundays during the academic year for a community liturgy based on Mass readings and Evening Prayer. The weekly Zoom link will be sent to our Catholic Life email list. Email Deacon Tom (tmullen@richmond.edu) to be added that that list.
Our Bible study on Mondays at 9 p.m., Kairos Evening Prayer on Tuesdays at 8 p.m., Wednesday midweek gathering at 8 p.m. and Thursday night prayer at 8 p.m. will all be held via Zoom and links will also be included in the weekly Catholic Life email.
All are welcome in this place
Thank you for visiting the web pages for Catholic Life at the University of Richmond. Our community is made up of students, staff, faculty and friends of the University of Richmond. All are welcome to join us as we join with Pope Francis to proclaim the joy of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Getting involved
There is a place for you in Catholic Life at Richmond. We always
welcome new faces to sing in the choir, serve at Mass and take
part in service projects. Email tmullen@richmond.edu to get
started on the next chapter in your faith life.
Sacraments
Catholic Life celebrates the full range of sacraments through
the ministry of deacons and priests who serve here. Yes, you
can get baptized, confirmed and married through campus
ministry at the University of Richmond!

From Pope Francis:
"I prefer a church which is bruised, hurting and dirty because it has been out on the streets, rather than a church which is unhealthy from being confined and from clinging to its own security," he wrote. "I do not want a church concerned with being at the center and then ends up by being caught up in a web of obsessions and procedures."
